Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) are the front line of communication between businesses and their customers. As a virtual CSR, you’ll handle inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure every customer feels valued.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone.
  • Achieve monthly sales objectives
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Master demos of our software

Must Have

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer skills (typing, email, chat tools, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and patience.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.

Nice to have

  • Experience in writing online content
  • Additional languages
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not always required.
